The Robco doffing robots are specifically engineered to automate the doffing process for bobbins on the Robco Tornado twisters. This ensures a swift and efficient transition between production cycles, reducing downtime and increasing overall productivity.
With the Tornado and doffing robot in combination with the upcoming OPC/IoT-module developed by Robco Engineering, monitoring of production, productivity and alarms can be supervised from a distance without the need for people inspecting the production line continuously – thus obtaining a very high level of automation in the production line.
The Robco doffing robots can be fitted or retrofitted on the Tornado 300, Tornado 300B and Tornado 400.
